Easy Rostering

Rostering is the allocation of available employees to work for a given time period and the IntellinetStaff Easy Rostering module makes rostering very easy.

The weekly roster is automatically built for the department manager with the available employees, their normal working patterns and overlaid with any holiday & absences.

This gives managers a starting point from which they can then adjust the roster to suit their exact requirements

Adding more employees to the roster or adjusting start and end times to employees already on the roster can be easily carried out by a departmental manager by using IntellinetStaff’s graphical ‘point and click’ method.

IntellinetStaff’s ‘point and click’ method allows the departmental manager to highlight a time period on the roster, IntellinetStaff presents a list of employees who are available and have contract or rostered hours available; Clicking on the required employee will complete the roster

Other Roster rules can be applied to provide further levels of control: for example, each shift must have a trained health & safety person.

IntellinetStaff will report the roster against the company’s key performance indicators to ensure that the manager stays within the operating guidelines.

The forward roster can be costed to produce predicted costs against budget and the roster automatically creates the timesheet for the current week.
